aq33 Terms and Conditions

Definitions & Applicability

Wherever the following terms are used in these Terms, they have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the aq33 website, its mobile version, and all services operated through it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile and the funds associated with it.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into a user's account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted through promotions, which is subject to specific wagering conditions.

These Terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. aq33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and participate on the aq33 platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legal agreement on their own behalf.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• aq33 may request documents for age and identity verification at any time.

Account Registration

To create a valid account, users must comply with the following policies:

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3.2 Password & Security

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized access is suspected, the aq33 support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per individual is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity, and all associated accounts will be cancelled.

3.4 Updating Information

If personal details change (such as a phone number or payment method), the member must update their account information or contact the support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

aq33 supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name only.
• Deposits via third parties are prohibited; if such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity and payment verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Withdrawals Before Meeting Bonus Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement (20x) on the bonus amount has been completed. Winnings from real money can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal limit.

Bonuses & Promotions

aq33 offers various promotional offers for its members. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — this is on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• aq33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Gaming Rules

Casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting are available on aq33. The following general rules apply to each game or betting market:

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If an internet connection is lost during a round, the data stored on aq33's servers will be considered final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. aq33 may change these limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets on sports markets, users must read the displayed odds and market terms carefully. If an event is cancelled or remains unresolved for any reason, aq33 will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.4 Technical Errors

Any winnings based on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a software or hardware error will not be considered valid. In such situations, the decision made by aq33 is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq33 platform:

• Abusing the bonus system or fraudulently operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to infiltrate, modify, or use bots on the platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other members.
• Placing bets or conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Attempting to verify an account or settle a claim using false or misleading information.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be cancelled immediately and all funds may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

aq33 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

8.1 Technical Disruptions

aq33 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection, third-party service provider issues, or unavoidable technical failures.

8.2 User Devices

aq33 is not liable for compatibility issues with the user's device, operating system, or browser.

8.3 Third-Party Services

aq33's liability is limited for issues arising from disruptions to payment gateway services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or game providers.

8.4 Financial Losses

The user is solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from participation in gaming. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account on their own, they must contact the support team. Verified real money balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11.2 Inactive Accounts

Changes & Contact

12.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions
